Nigeria take on South Africa in a must win battle

Super Eagle of Nigeria will welcome South Africa in the last round of  Orange Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers in Akwa Ibom.

Re- appointed coach of the Super Eagle Stephen Keshi will be looking ahead of nothing less than a win in Wednesday clash against the Bafana Bafana boys to be able to book a ticket to Equatorial Guinea 2015, Nigeria has an unbeaten record for 10 years over South Africa, they will need to extend their unbeaten run to be able to qualify.

Nigeria sit second in the table but level on point along side Congo who sit third in the Qualifier table, both Nigeria and Congo need a win to qualify with Nigeria having an upper hand base on Head to Head Caf rules.

South Africa who has already qualify will want to finish their campaign with an unbeaten record in the qualifier that will make the match a very interesting one to watch.

"The next match is against Nigeria and we want to maintain our undefeated record by getting a win," Furman said.

Super Eagle  Chief Coach Stephen Keshi said Nigerians  should support and pray for the Eagle
"They should pray for the boys to be in good health and that they should respond well in the match." said. Kesh. 

South Africa Head coach Ephraim Mashaba said the match against Nigeria will not be a walk over match for the Eagle it will be a tough game in the newly built National Stadium in Akwa Ibom.

"I know people will think it is going to be a walkover; no, we are going to put out our best team. It is more than three points at stake when we go to Nigeria"  Mashaba added
