Barcelona to Grind Granada on Saturday

Barcelona train ahead of Saturday's trip to relegation-threatened Granada in La Liga

With the Spanish league leaders not in action until Sunday, Barcelona will try to reduce Real Madrid's lead at the top of La Liga to a single point on Saturday when they visit Los Carmenes Stadium to take on Granada.

Barca put last week's stunning home defeat by Malaga behind them with an impressive Champions League win at Manchester City in midweek and will be keen to grab three points against a team which has won just one of their last 15 games - and that was in the Copa del Rey.

Barcelona have come out on top in six of the last seven meetings between the teams and at the Nou Camp in September Neymar scored a hat-trick and Messi scored twice in a 6-0 thrashing.

However, in the corresponding fixture last season, Granada won 1-0.

Real Madrid entertain sixth-placed Villarreal and Atletico Madrid, third in the table, visit Sevilla, fifth, on Sunday.
