We are not afraid of Allianz Arena crowd ~ Porto
Porto said they will not be intimidated by the Allianz Arena crowd after
training in Munich on Monday (20th April) ahead of their UEFA Champions
League second leg against Bayern Munich.
FC Porto trained in Munich on Monday - as the players dream of a repeat of the 1987 European Cup final, when Porto memorably upset Bayern 2-1.
The Portuguese side is unbeaten in the Champions League this season and head into the tie with a 3-1 lead from the first leg.
However, in Munich Porto's defence will be weakened by the absence of suspended Brazilian full-backs Danilo and Alex Sandro.
Porto boss Julen Lopetegui, a former team-mate of Guardiola at Barcelona in the 1990s, warned his team they had to be on their game again if they were to see out the tie.
"There is no other way," Lopetegui said.
"We go forward when we have the ball and when we don't we try to get it back as soon as possible. We will see how we can do it."
