Khedira signed four-year deal with Juventus,
Sami Khedira has signed a four-year deal with Juventus, which will
come into effect upon the expiry of his contract with Real Madrid at the
end of June.
Khedira had long been expected to depart the Santiago Bernabeu this month, with Arsenal and Chelsea thought to be rivalling Juve for the Germany international's signature.
The 28-year-old has been limited to 24 Liga appearances over the past two seasons due to a host of injuries and then falling out of favour under Carlo Ancelotti last term.
His last Real outing came in the second leg of a UEFA Champions League last-16 tie with Schalke in March.
Evidence of his fading importance in the eyes of Ancelotti came when centre-back Sergio Ramos was preferred in midfield for the first leg of Real's Champions League semi-final with Juventus - Khedira not even making the squad.
Khedira joins a Juventus side that could be shorn of two key midfielders in the upcoming transfer window.
Veteran playmaker Andrea Pirlo has been linked with moves to MLS and the A-League, while Paul Pogba is reportedly the target of a host of European giants.

quality and international experience to his ranks, ready to enrich one
of the strongest midfields in world football."
