Sergio Aguero as a phenomenal talent says Roberto Martinez
Everton manager Roberto Martinez hailed Manchester City striker Sergio
Aguero as a "phenomenal talent" on Friday (5th December) ahead of their
English Premier League match at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday (6th
December) and believes City are "one of the hardest teams to face in the
Premier League".
Second-placed Manchester City were impressive 4-1 winners at Sunderland, as Sergio Aguero scored twice in a man-of-the-match performance.
Everton boss Roberto Martinez described Aguero as a "phenomenal talent" and feels City "could be one of the hardest teams to face in the Premier League, alongside Chelsea, without a doubt."
Everton has only won a match in the last five EPL games played but manger Roberto Martinez believe it the performance of his team that matter because statistics may be confusing.
"No, the truth is we want to win every game, we don't shy away from that. I think it's important to look at the performances and how that ends up in the results that we had. Stats are a little bit confusing, I could the same way say that we only lost one in the last ten. So I wouldn't be too relaxed or just saying that we only lost one in ten, in the same way I wouldn't be too concerned looking at the way you are looking at." ~ Martinez
